On September 30, 2021, Bountiful Baby filed suit against multiple defendants in a new counterfeiting lawsuit. The case is ongoing, and is our 2nd counterfeiting lawsuit filed. We are also preparing to file a 3rd counterfeiting lawsuit, against yet other defendants.
